Nigerian journalists working in Lagos met on Friday for an interactive session on the new media.
From how to build their own websites, to how to fully take advantage of the social network such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Instagram, journalists exchanged new ideas and promised to take full advantage of the inevitable new reality.
The discussions was led by Lekan Otufodunrin, respected Nigerian journalist and online editor of Thenationonlineng.net. He was assisted by Simon Ateba, an investigative journalist and columnist and the publisher of TheSimonAtebaNews on simonateba.com
The session took place at the Nigeria Union of Journalists office in Lagos.
