The state government also announced the payment of part of the outstanding deductions.
Labour and government had been in continuous negotiations over the issue of outstanding deductions.
“The State government is proud to state that in spite of the current financial crunch, it is not owing workers salaries.
“As workers celebrate May Day, the Ogun State government reassures workers of its commitment to their welfare,” said a statement by, Mr. Dayo Adeneye, the State Commissioner for Information & Strategy
