President Buhari Attacks Angry Wife, Says Her Place Is In The Kitchen And Bedroom

Mrs. Aisha Buhari had told the BBC in an explosive interview that her husband does not even know most people he had appointed in government.

Out of every 50 people, she said, he does not know 45 of them. She threatened not to support him for re-election in 2019.

But in response, Mr. Buhari said his wife’s place belongs to the  Kitchen, living room and bedroom.

African women have long said that they should not be seen as human beings who only cook in the kitchen, get pregnant in the bedroom and dish food to their men in the living room.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel, standing at his side expressed surprise.

Buhari’s response would certainly anger Activists who would see his response as an attempt to demean women.
