President Muhammadu Buhari’s wife has threatened not to back him for re-election in 2019 in an explosive interview aired on the BBC which is exposing the chaos inside a government on the brink of implosion.
Mrs. Aisha Buhari told the BBC 73-year old Buhari does not even know most people he had appointed in government, warning that she may not stand by her husband when he seeks office again.
Mr. Buhari was elected to fight corruption, end Boko Haram and give a better future to Nigeria, but the economy has collapsed with millions of people rendered jobless.
