Donald Trump, the former reality TV star who promised to ban all Muslims from entering America, deport millions of illegal immigrants, reverse key policies of President Barack Obama that lifted millions from poverty and pain, has been elected President by a majority uneducated white electorate.
Mr. Trump, accused of being a racist because of his words and actions, defeated Mrs. Hillary Clinton, the former Senator, Secretary of State and First Lady.
He may be sworn in as America’s 45th President except something unprecedented happens.
Mr. Trump was certain to secure more than 270 electoral college votes needed to lead the free world.
His election may throw America into chaos as many have started wondering if the world’s most powerful country is not a failed state.
