In brief: RAVN targets North American market with Adaptive Solutions partnership
RAVN Systems has entered into partnership with Philadelphia-headquartered legal technology integration and consultancy provider Adaptive Solutions to deliver its software monitoring tool RAVN Manage to the North American legal market.
RAVN Manage robotically monitors and manages an organisation’s enterprise software applications, especially around search, document management and database driven systems.
New CEO David Lumsden said: “It’s vital for firms to remain competitive by ensuring their staff are up to date by accessing the latest information in their DMS, search or other environments. Something that RAVN Manage can help provide.”
RAVN, which provides AI, enterprise search and knowledge management solutions, in 2015 notably appointed Ken Block as sales manager, north America, to increase its international presence.
