Lonzo Ball has garnered a lot of attention and is expected to be a top two selection in the 2017 NBA Draft. His father, LaVar Ball, has been in the spotlight almost as much as Lonzo. It is difficult to keep track of some of the outlandish things he has said. Some of his notable lines are calling Lonzo better than Steph Curry and telling USA Today he would have beaten Michael Jordan in his prime. Lost in the buzz of the other Ball family members is the talent of Lonzo’s brothers, LiAngelo and LaMelo. Both brothers played at Chino Hills High School, where Lonzo graduated. All three brothers played together during the 2015-16 season and won a state title. LiAngelo plays shooting guard and is set to enroll at UCLA later this year. He is unlikely to join his brother, Lonzo, who is expected to head to the NBA this summer. LaMelo is the youngest of the three brothers. The point guard also has committed to UCLA but is just a sophomore in high school. He will join UCLA in 2019. From SportsCenter features to SLAM Magazine profiles, the three brothers have become a basketball sensation. While Lonzo has introduced the country to the family, chances are basketball fans will get used to seeing the Ball last name with two more talented players slated to come through the ranks over the next couple years.
