The Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has inaugurated his 2019 Presidential ambition, on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Recall, that the PDP had zoned the position of the party’s Presidential candidate to the Northern part of the country.
It is however, not clear if the party would go back on this, but Analysts believe that Fayose could be positioning himself for the position of running mate for the party’s Presidential candidate.
The three organs of the party, which are the Expanded National Caucus, Board of Trustees, and the National Executive Committee, are meeting in Abuja, on Monday, July 17, and Tuesday, July 18.
Post-Nigeria could recall, that Fayose had declared that he would rule Nigeria, as President and Commander-in-Chief.
