Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer will give an interview with Sean Hannity tonight
Sean Spicer might have a new line of work, if Dancing With the Stars has its way.
Page Six is reporting that Donald Trump’s former and much maligned Press Secretary is being courted by the television show. There’s no word as to whether they want him to pair up with Melissa McCarthy. Well, the last part is just a joke, although others had the same idea.

However, the reports are serious.
A “TV insider confirmed to Page Six that the dancing competition show has indeed reached out to the Beltway insider,” Page Six reported, quoting its source as saying, “That has legs.”
The New York Post even created a mock up of how Spicer might look twirling a partner on the show.
In fact, Page Six contends that Spicer is also being courted by television networks who want him to “share his insider knowledge of President Trump.”
According to Page Six, Spicer “was seen coming out of high-level meetings at ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox News in Manhattan, according to sources.”
Spicer handed Trump his resignation after Trump’s decision to hire New York financier Anthony Scaramucci to take over the position of communications director in the White House. However, it appears that Spicer is quite sought-after by television networks that think he could bring in big ratings in a television career.
People on Twitter had a field day with the image of Spicer dancing on a television set.

Spicer wouldn’t be the first conservative political figure to go on the show. Some people reminisced about former Governor and current Energy Secretary Rick Perry’s turn on Dancing With the Stars.

Some people had a little too much time on their hands.
The show’s 25th season airs in the fall. When the news broke on July 26, it was not yet clear whether Spicer would even entertain the offer. However, lots of people are hoping for a yes.
Actor Zach Braff joined in the speculation when he tweeted: “Can’t wait to see Sean Spicer waltz on Dancing with the Stars.”
