At least three Cameroonian soldiers were killed by Boko Haram terrorists on Wednesday night in the country’s far north.
Reliable newspaper, L’Oeil du Sahel, said the soldiers were ambushed and killed between Wambaché and Homéka.
The terrorists have been wreaking havoc in Cameroon in recent months, killing hundreds of people and displacing thousands. In all, more than two thousand Cameroonian civilians have been killed by Boko Haram since 2014 and hundreds of thousands have been displaced from their homes and farms.
In neighboring Nigeria, tens of thousands of civilians have been killed since 2009 and millions have been displaced.
Efforts by regional armies to crush the ISIS partners in West Africa have not been successful.
