He added that “they will start running to you once they are
caught as our fathers, please rebuke them whenever they come. They
are sabotaging our developmental strides”.

“I cannot afford to fail, my failure is not Danladi’s failure,
it means my generation failed. I am prepared to do all within my
capacity to ensure the youth constituency which I represent did not
fail but your support and prayers are needed for us to succeed”,
Hon. Yakubu said.

responsiveness to the people’s plight to gain public trust.

political office holders to hold the people in high esteem. “Once
you are sincere and show serious commitment to the plight of the
people, they will have confidence in you”, Prof Halidu said.

In his own remarks, the Emir of Gwanara, Alh. Sabi Idris

ramifications and charged the legislator to bridge the huge
infrastructural deficit.

legislators on discipline, which he said he is seeing in the
Speaker already.
