Atoyebi Oyetola Muyiwa Aged 34, is the youngest Nigerian lawyer
that has been elevated to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria
(SAN). He is a graduate of University of Ilorin with 11 years post
call.
He is a Managing Partner of one of the Leading Law Firms in
Nigeria, Omaplex Law Firm.
Tola is in charge of the Firm’s Government Business Practice as
well as Litigation, International Dispute Resolution, Maritime and
Shipping Law amongst others.
He is presently a team leader of the Emerging Areas of Practice
of the Firm, which focuses on Public Expenditure Management,
Project and Corporate Finance, Privatization, General Corporate
Governance, Compliance, Obtaining Practicing Licenses and Approval
by Regulatory Agencies.
He is a trusted advisor to many government agencies and
international organizations including CBN, SEC, NPF, Nigerian
Military e.t.c. Tola brings charismatic, structured approach to
solving problems and an unwavering commitment to achieving clients’
goals.
He is particularly familiar with financing the development of
infrastructure projects and has advised on development of
pipelines, petroleum assets, jetties among others.
