Mr Dilibe Chinedu Ifezue Secretary of the Nigeria Bar
Association (NBA), Ikeja on behalf of his Branch Executive
Committee and members welcomes all delegates to the 59th NBA Annual
General Conference (AGC) hoping that the various sessions of the
conference will provide a platform for lawyers both within and
outside the country to chart a future for the legal profession.
The welcome speech reads:
“On behalf of the Executive Committee and members of Ikeja
Branch, I welcome all delegates to the 59th NBA Annual General
Conference (AGC).
With the theme as FACING THE FUTURE, we are confident that
the various sessions of the conference will provide a platform for
lawyers both within and outside the Federal Republic of Nigeria to
chart a future for the legal profession and indeed, the political,
social and economic development of the country.
“Dear colleagues, as one of the host branches, we are
delighted to have you in the Centre of Excellence. We hope that you
will find time to explore the beauty of Lagos, the city that never
sleeps.
“It is our prayer that your journey to and fro the
conference, as well as your stay in Lagos, will be free from
hitches.
