Nigeria professional football league outfit, Sunshine
Stars are set to announce Gbenga Ogunbote as their new head coach
after the exit of Kabir Dogo.
Sunshine Stars are currently without a coach after Kabir Dogo
left the club on Monday, but reports revealed that Ogunbote could
be announced as a replacement in few days.
Ogunbote who was in charge of Lobi stars last season has held
talks with the management of the Owena Whales and has agreed to
return the club ahead of the 2020-2021 Nigeria professional
football league campaign.
The former Rangers international of Enugu handler previously
managed the club in 2008 and helped them reach CAF Champions League
semi-final, which remain their highest position in the
competition.

Ogunbote remain one of the most traveled and experienced coach
in the domestic, haven managed Enyimba of Aba, Shooting Stars of
Ibadan, Gateway United of Abeokuta, Lobi Stars of Markurdi and
Rangers International of Enugu.
