Super Eagles defender Chidozie Awaziem is delighted to
seal a move to Boavista and has set his sights on yet another
impressive 2020/2021 campaign.
The former El Kanemi Warriors defender joined the Portuguese
outfit on a season-long loan, with the option to buy from FC Porto
last Friday.
Awaziem has spent the three seasons away from the Estadio
Dragao, haven had a spell with French side FC Nantes, Turkish side
Rizespor and CD Leganes of Spain.
While speaking on his latest move, the 23-year-old said, he’s
excited about the challenge and he’s looking forward to a wonderful
season with Boavista.

“I feel happy and excited to join Boavista; it’s a new challenge
and I hope to have a wonderful season,” Awaziem told
AOIFootball.
Awaziem who has two years remaining on his contract with FC
Porto will be hoping to make the most of his latest opportunity at
Boavista.
