The boss adds another trophy to his overflowing case.
The awards weren’t quite over for Jürgen Klopp after his
history-making season with the Reds. The boss got to to his growing collection on Monday when he took home
the Northwest Football Awards’ Manager of the Season for
2019-20.
Klopp guided Liverpool to Premier League glory in difficult season
amid the coronavirus pandemic that halted the world for several
months.
He beat out Paul Cook, Ian Evatt, and Sean Dyche to get the
award. Cook, manager at Wigan Athletic, recently resigned after the
club went into administration and was relegated to League One.
Evatt led Barrow AFC from the National League to League Two and
professional football before becoming Bolton

In other Liverpool news, Ian St John won the Lifetime
Contribution to North West Football award at the ceremony. St John,
already inducted into the Scottish Football Hall of Fame, scored
118 goals for the Reds while playing under Bill Shankly in the
1960s.
