Want a 10-minutes fix of joy? The official site asked new
Liverpool player Thiago Alcantara all of your burning questions. He
admits that he hasn’t gotten to see much of Liverpool because of
COVID. He also wisely prevaricates when asked to choose between two
Liverpool legends, Steven Gerrard and Xabi Alonso, saying he’d want
to partner with both of them, if given the opportunity.

He has yet to try to eat a bowl of Scouse, but he promises to
give it a try.

It’s sad to realize that even though he’s played for Liverpool,
he’s yet to get the full Anfield experience because of the
pandemic. He is looking forward to hearing the singing from the
Kop.

The least surprising answer he provided was that Andy Robertson
is “100%” the funniest player on the team. Anyone who has watched
his appearances alongside straight man James Milner knows how great
a sense of humor Robbo possesses.

Now that we know a little bit more about the man, hopefully we
get the opportunity to see him get some sustained minutes with the
team on the pitch in the future.
