Today, almost every important aspect of our lives is tailoring
towards the use of Information Communication Technology for better
efficiency, and the case of access to justice system in Nigeria is
not different from the rest of the world, even before the
confirmation of COVID-19 cases in the country which has prompted
the need for the Judiciary to go into full-fledged ICT in order to
drive better and efficient Justice delivery system.
The software developer and the team lead, Fatai Abiodun said the
system was designed with the fault-tolerant methodology for
digitalization of the litigation processes from start to finish,
configured with an audit trail for system integrity.
“As a firm, we see this little contribution as a sacrifice to
complement the existing effort of the stakeholders in the
administration of justice.
“At 4tune Technologies, we decided to make the application FREE
of charge so as to remove the stress of litigation and to make
justice accessible as they say Justice delayed is justice
denied.
“There is also a platform for lawyers, chambers to have access
to the archive of what they have filed in the court in the past for
future task and assignment re-usability. We believe that one should
not stress himself with what computer can do. With this
development, it means justice delivery will be faster than expected

operate an email account, then one can use it conveniently.
