The Plateau State Judiciary has excluded the Judiciary Staff
Union of Nigeria, JUSUN, strike period from the computation of time
for the purpose of payment of default fees for filing of court
processes.

The Chief Judge of the State, Hon. Justice Yakubu Gyang Dakwak,
in a Practice Direction made available to Nairalaw, said
the exemption applies to both criminal and civil matters.
