“His Lordship was a jurist per excellence. He diligently served
on the bench faithfully and conscientiously until his dignified
retirement from service, which was commemorated by a Valedictory
Court Session held on 28th June 2021.

“Alas, His Lordship was not to enjoy the much-deserved rest for
long before his departure to meet his Maker.

“May the soul of His Lordship Rest In Peace and May God grant
His family, the Judiciary and the NBA Gombe Branch the fortitude to
bear the monumental loss. Amen!”
