Attorney Uche Secures Significant Financial Settlement for Man wrongfully accused of Murder
Attorney Uche’s client, a college student was arrested and charged with participating in a brutal murder in 2013 by a Cook County Major Task Force comprised of several Cook County Towns. Attorney Uche’s Client’s innocence was apparent from the initial investigation, yet members of the Cook County Major Task Force employed hours-long aggressive interrogation techniques, an illegal ride-along and verbal threats all of which culminated with a fabricated and coerced confession.
