The Court of Appeal has released a notice of the posting of Justices of the Court to various divisions.
This was disclosed in a notice signed by the President of the Court of Appeal Hon. Justice M.B Dongban-Mensem, dated 7th March, 2023 and made available to TheNigerialawyer.
According to Hon. Justice Dongban Mensem, posting takes effect from the 7th March, 2023, and Hon. Justices are expected to be at their new stations by the 14th March, 2023.
