Governor Alex Otti emphasized collective responsibility for security and commended the monarchs for choosing Abia as the summit location. He reiterated his commitment to improving state security, defining leadership as stewardship and advocating for accountable leaders.
Prominent monarchs in attendance included Obi of Onitsha, HRM Igwe Alfred Achebe, and Chairmen of Enugu and Ebonyi State Councils of Ndieze, HRM Igwe Samuel Asadu and HRM Igwe Charles Nguma. The summit concluded with a closed-door session.
