Newgate University, Minna, has appointed renowned legal luminary, Chief Joe-Kyari Gadzama, OFR, SAN (Life Bencher), as its pioneer Chancellor. The announcement was made via an official letter dated May 28, 2025, and signed by the Chairman of the University’s Board of Trustees, Malam Hassan Nuhu (Mayanan Minna).
In the letter, Malam Nuhu praised Chief Gadzama’s distinguished legal career and long-standing contributions to national development, the legal profession, and the educational sector.
