Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mr. Paul Usoro has sent
his message of eulogy to the women of the world, especially women
in the Nigerian Bar and Bench. This he did in commemoration of the
World International Women Day.
Saluting the women of the Bar and Bench, Mr. Usoro recognized
the role they have played in developing the society and making the
world a better place.
His words:
”On this auspicious Women’s Day, I salute all the women in
our lives – our mothers, wives, sisters, daughters and colleagues.
Without them, we are incomplete. We value and appreciate them not
only today but always.
Through them, we are here today and we thrive and succeed
because of them. And what can I possibly say about our female
colleagues – both at the Bar and on the Bench – save that they make
us very proud. They set standards of integrity and hard work for
us. They challenge us, in a positive way.
They serve as beacon for us. Because of their acknowledged
strides, inclusiveness at the Bar has thrived and come to stay. God
bless, keep and reward our Women. Long live our Women. Long live
the NBA.”
