President Muhammadu Buhari has suspended the Chief
Justice of the Federation (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen.
In his place, he has sworn in Justice Ibrahim Tanko Mohammed in
an acting capacity.
He performed the ceremony at the presidential villa, Abuja on
Friday.
President’s Special Assistant on New Media, Mr Bashir Ahmad.
In his place, Ahmad said through his twitter handle,
@BashirAhmaad, that Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammed, was named by
the President.
