It is no longer news that it is the turn of the lawyers from the
Western part of Nigeria are eligible to produce the next NBA
President come 2020, according to NBA constitution.
Carol Ajie, a lawyer who addresses herself as the Dame of the
Nigerian Bar has alleged that the meeting of the Premier branch on
the 10th day of June, 2019, is auspicious, reasons best known to
her which we believe in due time will be disclosed.
Carol Ajie made this known in a letter sent to TheNigerialawyer
(TNL).
According to her, Midwest and South West having been recognized
in NBA Constitution 2015 as one region, West, and whose turn it is
to produce the next NBA President 2020, and has listed a number of
presidential prospects from both MWest and SWest viz
* Albert Akpomudje SAN – Midwest
* Ken Mozia SAN – Midwest
* Dafe Akpedeye SAN – Midwest
* Erhabor ESQ – Midwest/South West
* Funke Adekoya SAN – South West
* Femi Falana SAN – South West
* Dele Adesina SAN – South West
* Akinboro SAN – South West/Abuja
Of all the eight persons listed above, Dame Carol seems not to
be comfortable with a particularly interested candidate which we
shall disclose in due cause.
