The Nigerian Bar Association Makurdi Branch invites the general
public to her 2019 Law week celebration with the theme
Strengthening Democratic Institutions for Sustainable
Development.
The program begins with a visit to the Internally
Displaced Peoples Camps on Thursday 19th July 2019. It
will be followed by the formal opening ceremony and Symposium on
the theme on Friday 19th July 2019 by 9.00 am at Benue Hotel
Makurdi.
Lead Speakers shall include Chief Michael Kaase
Aondoakaa SAN, S. T. Hon SAN, J. S. Okutepa SAN, Hon Justice Adam
Onum, Prof. Akaa Imbwaseh, Prof. Iorwuese Hagher, and other legal
luminaries.
Saturday shall be observed as Health Walk and Football match in
the morning and Bar Centre Fundraising Dinner and awards night in
the evening.
The events would be rounded up with a thanksgiving service at the
All Saints Anglican Cathedral, Makurdi by 9.00 am.
