The theme of the Conference is “ICMC at 20: A trajectory of
Mediation Practice and Grassroots Conflict Transformation in
Nigeria.”
The event will feature; a Keynote Speech on the theme by Dr.
Ozonnia Ojielo, FICMC, the Founding President of ICMC and the
United Nations Resident Coordinator and Representative of United
Nations Secretary General in Kyrgyzstan; plenary sessions on the
theme and innovations in the Mediation space; a book launch on the
History of ICMC; a documentary on the History of ICMC; Induction of
successful participants of the Institute’s Mediation Skills
Trainings as Associate Members, Members and Fellows; presentation
of awards to distinguished individuals in the ADR industry; and
many more.
It promises to be a memorable and enlightening event.
