The Senate Committee on Public Procurement is inviting
stakeholders and the general public to a two day hearing on three
Bills (SB 106, SB 109 and SB 158) seeking to amend the Public
Procurement Act, 2007 scheduled to hold on Tuesday 26th and
Wednesday 27th of November, 2019 at Conference Room 0.22 of the
Senate Building, National Assembly Complex, Abuja by 9.30am
daily.

The Notice, which was sighted by Nairalaw (TNL), also
invites the submission of Memoranda on the Bill which must be
submitted to its Secretariat in Room 4.3, Fourth Floor, Senate
Wing, National Assembly Complex, Abuja not later than
Monday 25th, November 2019.

Based on the Notice, the Special Guest of Honor at the event is
His Excellency, Ahmed Lawan, the Senate President.

The institutions requested to submit Memoranda and be present at
the public hearing are as follows:
