Sunshine Stars boss Gbenga Ogunbote has stated that he is
not in the know of the day to date activities of the club he
handles as the Technical adviser. Speaking to
Brila.net exclusively, Ogunbote
revealed that, the club has not started preparing for the 2020/2021
league season stressing that, the management will be in the better
position to update the media on the state of things. “I won’t be in
a position to answer because I have not been equipped with the
necessary information as to the latest developments of the club,
but all I know is that, sooner I want to believe that, everyone is
aware that we are behind time.” “All other clubs except Sunshine
Stars has been putting up finishing touches in their team’s but
here we have not started so, I think the management should be in
the better position to answer that question but be it as it may, my
feelings is that they are trying everything humanely possible to
ensure that before the week runs out, the team might resume even
though we are completely late very very late.” he said.
