The In-House Department today is faced with greater challenges
than it did in the last decade. Chief among which is the need for
greater efficiency and giving greater value for money. There is
therefore an urgent need for retooling in order to keep up to speed

According to Lere Fashola, Founder of the ESQ Practical Lawyers
Academy, this unique intensive training uses up-to-date management
thinking and techniques to focus on the real and challenging issues
that are confronting today’s in-house legal departments. The format
for his training is designed to help in-house lawyers and corporate
legal departments to establish a framework for managing and leading
the department to high performance, managing the relationship with
outside lawyers including fee structures, change management and
