Judge of Kwara State, Hon. Justice Sulyman D. Kawu, for the payment
of default fees for filing of court processes.

The Practice Direction states that the period of 14th April to
June 14 was exempted because there was a strike by the Judiciary
Staff Union of Nigeria, JUSUN, during that period.
