It is indeed with a shared sense of honor and privilege that I
congratulate their Lordships and colleagues of the inner and utter
Bar on their well-deserved appointments to the prestigious ranks of
the Body of Benchers.

These set of appointments bears testimony to the quality of
people that the Body requires. I say this with all sense of
responsibility and based on the antecedents of each of these
Honorable men so honored:
