On Tuesday, 5th of July, the opening and induction ceremony of the international internship program of Obra Foundation was held at the office of Obra Legal LLP.
The event was graced by Hon. Justice Nnenna .C. Madu, Justice of the Customary Court of Appeal Enugu who gave a very insightful and inspiring speech on her journey at ‘the bench’.
In her charge to the interns, she exhorted on the importance of diligence, hard work and being intentional about personal goals.
She emphasised the importance of mentorship and having reliable role models to keep up the relentless spirit. She also recounted her experience with balancing her work life and domestic responsibilities.
After the remarks by the Honourable Justice, Chief (Mrs) A.J Offiah (SAN), Ikechukwu Onuoma Esq and Nnezi Ivenso (Mrs), Partners in Obra Legal interacted with the students.
