Appeal Court Sacks Jimoh Ibrahim, Re-Instates Jegede As PDP Guber Candidate In Ondo

Controversial businessman, Jimoh Ibrahim, has been sacked by the Court of Appeal as the People’s Democratic Party candidate in Ondo state.

Justice Ibrahim Saulawa of the Court of Appeal in Abuja on Wednesday set aside Justice Abang’s ruling which replaced Eyitayo Jegede with Jimoh Ibrahim as the PDP candidate in the forth coming Ondo governorship elections scheduled for November 26.
