A news anchor from California has decided to swap reporting for the strip club. Though Natalie Tejeda, 39, a tells My San Antonio that she solely works in promoting Sapphires club and doesn’t get on the pole herself. That’s aside from the pole dancing classes she takes because they’re “so good for your core.” Formerly, Tejeda was a news anchor in San Antonio, Birmingham as well as reporting in Los Angeles and Atlanta.
Tejeda told My San Antonio that she works in promotions for Sapphire with a team for models. The models are not topless, she stresses. The former anchor told the website, “My mom isn’t thrilled. She asks, ‘Don’t you feel you’re working somewhere where people are being abused?’ But everybody who works for Sapphire likes and enjoys the place. Nobody works there because they’re forced to.” Tejeda also talked about what motivated her career move saying, “I love TV news, but got burned out. I saw multiple ownership changes, watched a lot of good people get let go.”
Tejeda is engaged to IT entrepreneur Jason Tipton. A post on her Instagram page from March 2016 shows the couple getting engaged on a vacation to Vail, Colorado.
