“A Business Name Is Not A Company And Cannot Sue or Be
Sued To Any Court”

A business name is just a trade name for business and not a
company. Unlike a company, a business name cannot sue/charge any
person to any court or be sued/charged to any court by any person
for any reason whatsoever. Rather owners and partners of a business
name can sue and be sued for and on behalf of their business
name.
