The Acting Chief Judge of Anambra State, Hon. Justice Ijem
Onwuamaegbu on Tuesday, 14th May 2019 inaugurated the Committee for
the Review of the Administration of Criminal Justice Law and
Magistrate Court Law of Anambra State.
She urged the Chairman and members of the Committee to expedite
action on the review of both laws in order to fast tract the
introduction of the modern best practices in the dispensation of
justice in the State.
In his response, the Chairman of the Committee, Hon. Justice P.
C. Obiorah thanked the Acting Chief Judge for finding the members
of the Committee worthy to carry out the enormous responsibility.
He assured that the members of the Committee will discharge the
duties entrusted to them diligently and within a record time.
