The former Chairman of NBA Ekpoma, Osehon Irehovbude, Esq,
MCArb. has said that if we must protect and uphold our nobility as
lawyers of a noble profession, then we must speak to ourselves and
tell ourselves the truth and nothing but the truth.
In his statement on Wednesday, he said, “We must be disciplined
and seen to be disciplined at all times, for integrity in the legal
profession cannot be overemphasized or compromised, we must make
discipline our hallmark if we must retain our pride of place in the
society as watchdogs.
“Let us individually and collectively uphold the tenets of the
Rules Of Professional Conduct.
“Together we can stand and reclaim our pride of place,” he
said.
