Ondo State Ministry Of Justice Reduces Cost Of All Affidavits, Lists Benefits

The Ondo State Ministry of Justice has announced the cost of all
affidavits to the sum of three hundred Naria(N300).

This was disclosed via a notice made available to
THENIGERIALAWYER(TNL), by the Attorney General of the State,
Charles Titilola

The new procedure and cost of making all categories of affidavit
at Ondo State Ministry of Justice, Alagbaka Akure after being
reviewed are as follows: 

1. All types of Affidavits now cost N300 only.

2. There is no requirement for deponents to attach passport
photographs or RED SEAL.

3. No hidden cost of Red seal, sealing of the Affidavit is
free.

4. Deponents should simply comply with provision of Evidence Act
on content of Affidavit/oath.

The notice further stated that signing of all the categories of
Affidavit is available at the Ondo State Ministry of Justice,
Akure.
