The Chairman of the NBA Welfare Committee, Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau has expressed confidence that the calibre of resource persons and discussants for the 2022 Law Week of the Nigeria Bar Association, Makurdi Branch will eruditely interrogate the theme with a view to offering perspectives that will shape our democratic values.
Maikyau said this in his congratulatory message to the leadership and members of the Makurdi branch on the occasion of its annual law week, 2022.
The theme of this year’s law week is tagged: “Democracy, Electoral Process and the Paradigm of Change in Nigeria”.

With profound pleasure, I congratulate the Chairman and entire members of the NBA Makurdi Branch on the occasion of her Annual Law Week, 2022.
The theme for this year’s event tagged: “Democracy, Electoral Process and the Paradigm of Change in Nigeria is apt and fitting for this moment.
I am confident that the retinue of guest speakers and resource persons will eruditely interrogate the theme with a view to offering perspectives that will shapen our democratic values.
Once again, I applaud the Branch’s efforts in this direction, as I wish all participants fruitful deliberations.
