Chief Gadzama, SAN Denies Withdrawal Of Case Against The Trustees Of The NBA, Calls It Confusion

Chief Joe-Kayari Gadzama has denied ever withdrawing the suit he
instituted against the Trustees of the NBA on grounds of
irregularities observed on the NBA election that brought Mr. A.B
Mahmoud SAN into power.

While responding to the statement credited to Mr. A.B. Mahmoud,
SAN and published by online media  Not
TheNigerialwyer which affirms that he had agreed
to withdraw the suit, Chief Gadzama expressed how puzzled he was
about the latest development, stating further that he had never at
anytime held any meeting with the Trustees of the NBA to that
light.

Chief Gadzama described the unfortunate event as one that has
caused Confusion amongst colleagues and
people deeply interested in the outcome of the case. According to
him, the statement made by A.B. Mahmoud, SAN is unfounded and that
he believes that this misunderstanding has been caused by persons
trying to mislead Mr. Mahmoud and frustrate the case which they
cannot.

He therefore call upon those who care, to disregard any claims
suggesting that he has withdrawn the said suit against Mr. Mahmoud
or come to any settlement with the Trustees of the NBA as such
claims remain untrue.
